It's with great pleasure that we are able to offer accommodation both for COOKSCHOOL students and also for visitors wishing to enjoy Glasgow. Those of you who have stayed with us in York will know the standard of our accommodation. The added benefit now is that we can offer self-catering as well as 24 hour open access.

The area is residential. Boozy nights, loud noise, playing of music and musical instruments should be restricted to between 7am and 11pm. If you are looking to have a wonderful knees-up in Glasgow, this is not the place for you. Complaints will be made and the authorities will call on you.

The flat is traditional high ceiling, large roomed, Victorian, sandstone, tenement with a secure 'close' (stairwell). The space is ideal for 2 people and will accommodate 4. There is no extra charge for more people.

Pets are welcome. There are washable floor rugs and not carpets. Thus we are able to reduce the impact of previous pets on subsequent guests who may have allergies.

There is one, double bedded-room, a large sitting room with double-bed option. There is baby bedding and a travel cot which guests may erect if they wish.

Amenities...wi-fi. fridge and freezer; dishwasher; washer and dryer.; TV and DVD player; bath; shower; central heating are all standard.

Accommodation is on the second floor. There is no lift. Regrettably therefore the flat is not accessible for people using wheelchairs.

On street parking is both ample and free. Parking restrictions may apply during Rangers games. To check the football match timetable for Ibrox Stadium click here.
