Each book is softback with 96 full colour pages of entirely plant-based, gluten-free and nut-free recipes, all of which are in Spanish and in English. Handing it On is the savoury recipes and The Final Touch is a mix of desserts, sauces, soups and specials such as how to make pastry, tofu and fudge.
